Exchange & Refund Policy

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only.

To be eligible for a size exchange:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

• Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

• A ₹100 exchange fee will be charged for each size exchange to cover reverse pickup and reshipping costs. This fee must be borne by the customer.

• Products that are used, washed, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

Refunds

Kiivo does not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer.

• Change of mind.

• Color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

• Any reason other than receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Refunds are issued only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• You receive an incorrect item and a replacement is unavailable.

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. If a return is approved, the product must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
