Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We only offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Damaged / Defective Product Received
• If the product delivered to you is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Size Issue
• If the product doesn’t fit and you wish to exchange it for a different size.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Shipping & Expenses

• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
• The charges will be Rs100
• Once inspected, we will process your exchange or issue a refund within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
